that is private messages and not the pms that women get Smile

I was trying to send a pm to someone and get an error message (http 406). Basically I can't send a private message. Any one else having problems like this?

I think you are on the no fly list. I sent a message to you no problems.

406 tends to be browser-related. See if the problem occurs with another browser. And recall the problems we were having with "bad words".... see if this is dependent on the text of your message.

Thanks rainbowfish Gary, I did get your message Smile

I did try sending the pm through Firefox but it came up with a similar message. 404 I think instead of 406. It still didn't work tho.
I checked the message and it only has one swear word in it, (bloody idiot). But I'm sure I've said that before without any problems.
I did mention vaigra in the message, would that do it?
The only other thing is a web address for a forum I got booted off last week.

And I can just imagine what you lot are thinking now. What sort of private message includes the above Smile
It was a doggy forum, honestly Smile

Ok I think I worked it out. I just tried to post a response here and used the V-word. It didn't want to know. But when I changed it a bit I could post it.
Swap the first a & i around in vaigra.

Yes, this is another bad word (blocked by the hosting site firewall).

I unblocked some of the words that we legitimately may need (recall that python and ambient used to be blocked too), but I have no problems with v-i-a-g-r-a remaining blocked... we don't need it too badly and having it blocked actually enhances security.

But here is a promise: if the proposed experiments with adding this substance to the tank indeed show improved amounts or quantity of eggs, I'll talk to the hosting people and have this word rehabilitated Wink.
