Hi,

I just found this website. I am interested in M lacustris and G incisus. I had some of the red rainbows back in the late '80's and really loved working with that fish. They were a very deep red color, very beautiful. I haven't seen that color since. My fish interests include discus, dwarf cichlids and rainbows. I also like water gardening and have a 7000 G pond in the backyard.

Very cool, a huge water garden sounds wonderful. Sounds like a lot of work too!

Welcome to our little forum. Smile

Do you currently keep m.lacustris and g.incisus? Or are you looking for some?

I kept G incisus back in the late 80's. I'm looking for it and M lacustris at this time.

The pond is actually less work per gallon than a fish tank.

Welcome aboard Anubias,

If Luca or someone else does not step forward, I can likely generate a mop for Lacustris.

Very dangerous fish.. lacustris... one wrong step and you end up with this

with no mop required Sad (this is from three weeks ago, they are at 2cm now).

Many fish are dangerous in that manner. How many 2nd tanks are the result of an "accidental" spawning?

No relation that I am aware of.
